Country Homemade is proud to use the United States Postal Service as our main shipping partner. Please use your post office address on your orders.
We ship all orders in the order in which they are received. We strive to ship orders within 1-3 days. There are times when we are sold out of a color and we have to get more inventory from our warehouse and there are times we do get a back log on all personalized items. When this is the case, we will send you an email which will tell you the estimated ship date for your order.
Country Homemade will accept returns or exchanges on any item which is not personalized (monogrammed or engraved) within 14 days after the ship date. Please email us for a RMA number. No returns will be processed without a RMA number. Refunds are only made for the cost of the merchandise. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Due to the personalized nature of our business, ALL SALES ON FINAL on anything which has been monogrammed or engraved. The only exception would be if an error occurred which was our fault...a name spelled wrong etc.
All of our items carry a 90 day warranty. The warranty date starts on the day the order was shipped. Should you experience a problem which is within the 90 days, please contact us for return instructions. We will repair your item if possible. If a repair can be done in house, this normally only takes 1 week. If we have to return the item back to the manufacturer this can take up to 4 weeks. You are responsible for the cost incurred to ship your item back. Should the item be unrepairable, you will be given a new one of the same item and if the item should be sold out, you will be given a store credit.
